I was set a #challenge by a friend to build something I'd never built before and this was what I came up with, a #house with a #modern exterior! This #apartment style #duplex is designed to be used by #two different households- although this is not yet possible in the game (I miss sims 2 apartment life): But this relatively #openplan duplex is perfect for anysim and includes a #large #pool TWO #bbq areas, lounges, #dinning areas, #bathroom s, #kitchen s and #double #bedroom s, hope you like it:D
