This #modern #house is made for #one #person. It has a #pond infront of the #house and in the #small #garden. The #house has a #kitchen which includes the #diningroom and it has a small #bathroom and a living room. The #fireplace turns autom. on when a Sim gets into the room and the TV has a #music-channel and a #fireplaychannel. I allready #improved the TV and the fireplace, the ofen, the fridge and the bathtub and the toilet. I hope you like it
