This is a Modern Spa Bathroom including 1 toilet, 1 bathtub, 1 pool and 2 showers. You can place it and then build a modern house for your sims. This build is inspired by Deligracy's Spa build type of thing, but she used a hottub and things from the spa game or stuff pack, so you could say this is almost her bulid but with no hottubs.
