Formerly the home of the Grier family, this place was converted into what we have today after the last of the Griers had an unfortunate accident involving a bottle of nectar, the chandelier above the foyer, and a shanty about swinging from it. This led to years of physical therapy and Grier, not wanting to be alone in this, opened his home to the public.
