Harbor Quarter Gym
Total renew for the gym in Windenburg. I kept the layout but everything is better now. 5 (five!) floors of sports and activities. Features a swimming pool, a skating ring, a basket court, a ballroom, a bar w/kitchen, a playroom for kids and toddlers (so they don't get bored when they visit this lot with their parents) and lots of toilets and showers :D Playtested, sims have much fun there.
