Small Family Home
This small family home was inspired by a house I had came across in Sims 2. I loved the big windows in the front of the home and just had to bring it to the Sims 4! I could definitely see a parent and child living in this home. It's not crazy expensive so once your sim starts saving a little they could definitely afford the furnished version of this home.
