A seriously basic 2 bed starter home. It has basic furnishing except for 1 bedroom but there should be money left in your starter budget if you need the room immediately. There are a few skill items to get your sims started. Most of the landscaping is debug items to keep costs down (it's free and I'm cheap). There's room to add stuff both inside and out and to extend if necassary. #basgameonly
