BASEGAMEJust a Neighborhood inspired by Washington DC archetecture. Way too much time went into this, but basically, it's a number of rowhouses. There's still work to be done, particularly on the basement level, but it was a fun project. Each building/ Rowhouse has a unique concept. I just got the Sims, so this was a fun way to learn how to build in build mode. I believe there are technically 15 bedrooms and 19 bathrooms.
