This #threebedroom #threebathroom #playtested home is my entry to the #IckleBear600Shell challenge! I've desinged it for up to 8 sims to live in luxury. Lots of space for relaxing and skill building as well as plenty of options for having parties. Have only used the #basgame for this challenge and has been placed on the 50 x 40 lot in Newcrest.
