Here I am with another shell challenge! The main structure must not touch the ground. You can use the 1x1 rooms provided as support for the shell, or however you want. You can change wall heights, add half walls wherever you'd like, add platforms, foundations and roofing. No lot size or pack restrictions and no CC.
