This is a base game legacy challenge starter. It meets the criteria of being less than $1,800 and on the largest possible lot in base game. If you want to move to a 64x64 lot, it will place easily. Comes with a bed, bath, starter fruits and veggies, and a lemon tree to get you started. I found that it's hardest to get my sims rested and bathe, so that's what I focused on with this build.
