I wanted to try to build multiple houses in one lot. So I made an entire storyline about a family with three sibling who inherited this piece of land, and decided to live all together bur in different houses. Also they had a greehouse because I wanted to make it eco friendly, which I didn't do since it's difficult using just the basegame.
