This is my first build! This starter house built without any mods or DLCs, base game only. It costs 16 720$ so you can move to it with your new created sim. I recommend you to use "bb.moveobjects on" code and to place this house at Oasis Spring because of the house aesthetics. This house has a working wardrobe and PC, a pond allows you to fish.
