This is a basegame only tiny treehouse for any sim that feels in tune with nature. There is unfortuantely a bit of a glitch with the trim due to the porch being split level. It is however easily fixed by deleting the trim above the lower porch, this puts the trim back where it should be. Sorry for the inconvenience!
