5 bedrooms (4 upstairs and one on the first floor), 3 bathrooms and one half bath. I tried to put the toilets in an ohter romm than the bath as much as possible. I already furnished the master bedroom and a nursery, the rest is up to you, I didn't furnish the other bedrooms so you can personnnalise them according to your sims !
