This is an original for the city of Newcrest. It's been a long time since I've used only base game and I was inspired by TheSimSupply's #BuildsForSemaj series. I was itching to use my other packs, but I also know the annoyance that comes with looking at gorgeous lots only to realize you don't own half of the packs they used.
