I thought it would be fun to build a house kind of similar to my 'Off The Grid' house, but this one is a bit more modern. So here is 'Modern Retreat'. A perfect house, when living off the grid is a step too far for you, but you still want to enjoy being outdoor. The house has 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms, but 1 bathroom could be changed to a bedroom.
