I started out with grand plans of making this a starter home AND base game only, but because I made it a weird shape I quickly surpassed the monetary limit. I put this as 2 bedrooms - the way I have it set up now, it's 1 bedroom and the tiniest study. But you can delete the desk/chair and door to the master bedroom, and fit in a single bed to make it a small second bedroom. I only placed items on 20x20 of this 20x30 lot to make it more accessible. #basegamebuildsforsemaj
