I found the display books among the debug objects, and needed a building for them to be in. Was watching Sim Supply in the background, when he told us to make #BasegameBuildsForSemaj - and I figured itd be a nice challenge. (I also have a basegame apartment building if you wanna check that out.) Features a split staircase inside. Used the smallest lot, so it can fit anywhere you'd like.
