Based on the newly accesible live edit objects, I've built a duplicate of one of the spanish style villa's. Two homes, one 'occupied', this lot gives the illusion of having close door neighbours. This is completely basegame, although I would reccomend tracing the 'fake' house with the tape fence from Get Famous, so the sims can't walk inside of it.
