Originally I designed it for my sister but she turned it down cuz it got no master bedroom in the 1st floor but i just like the design so i build it in Sims 4. This house got modern style and has flat roof on it. For the 1st foor it got an entry way, living room, kitchen, dining, 1 regular bedroom, and a back terrace and for the 2nd floor it got a master and regular bedroom and each of it got bathroom, 2 balconies, and a void to have good air circulation and sunlight #basegamebuild #basegame
