Welcome to 'The Llama Park'. Another build I did for Newcrest, but you can place it in any world on a 30x20 lot. This park includes a kids play area, a chess playing area, a BBQ area (with some seats for toddlers/children), a gazebo with benches, toilets (with a potty in each for toddlers) & a gardening area.
