This is my entry for #Novahawk35's challenge to build a starter home with all of the basics for under $19000. This two storey house has a modern design which can be tweaked for later gameplay and has a small living room, a kitchen, a kids bedroom and a master bedroom. Ironically, the master bedroom is smaller than the kids bedroom, but that can be easily fixed!
