I have now decorated each unit individualy. They each have a different interior layout and theme. I based the theme on who I thought would live in each or a colour. There's successful single Dad, Artists cubby, family fixer upper, cozy family, purple, monochrome and pair 'o' stoners. There's the potential for 20 SIMS to sleep with 9 bathrooms.
