Two Sim Starter
This small house was built for my friend's runaway teen challenge. She had a budget of $25,000, and I tried my best to make it nice and not feel cramped. There are two bedrooms on the first floor, along with two bathrooms, but only one bedroom is furnished due to the budget. There is a small basement that can be very easily expanded and furnished.
