Built in 1929, the Green Factory is one of the earliest examples of #modern architecture. Eventually, the shoe #factory closed and got emptied out. Restrooms, an employee break room, an office and a conference room are still intact. 3 big factory halls and 1 small hall wait to be furnished by you.
