A lovely, family park, modern and quite classy for Sims who like to lounge in luxury. I took Deligracy's 'Newcrest Park' build and made it all basegame, I kept most things as simular as can be, but obviously with no Hottubs from the Perfect Patio stuff pack, I have replaced them with swimming pools with pretty fountains.
