50x40 My very first public parcel I made in the Sims. It's just base game, maybe you will need moveobjects "cheat". ;) I am not Sims-builder specialist, I just made it for my gameplay challenge, so my Sims have some space to walk. I was just to lazy to make my own bathroom, but the one from the game was actually kinda pretty.
