This is my renovation of the It's A Good House lot in Brindleton Bay! It now has three bedrooms instead of one (and a study) and an additonal bathroom. I only used Base Game and Cats & Dogs items. The interior is a bit less modern, but I think it suits the exterior quite well. The backyard is huge, but because I wanted the budget to be similar, it's not as fleshed out as it could've been.
