Just a simple and small cottage-like house for a family with up to 7 sims. It has a spare bedroom downstairs and plenty of ways to build skills and raise kids. I imagine this one could be perfect for a single mom with twin boys, a toddler and their grandma who's a gardener, i don't know, just an idea haha.
