Simple BASEGAME modern home. It has 3 bedrooms upstairs, 2 of them have ensuite bathrooms. One bathroom is separate. The office space downstairs can be turned into a 4th bedroom if needed. There is also a half bath downstairs. I built the house with a family in mind with a teenage son and a 9 year old daughter, but of course you can change it to your liking.
