I built a small starter home for the new Dream Home Decorator pack. It's furnished for one or two Sims (one double bed). I tried to use as many of the new furniture as possible, so I could only fit in a computer and a TV. If you want to save some money: delete the rocks. Activate bb.moveobjects before placing.
