Tiny town for 8 people on a 20x15 plot! (2 coupls 4 singles, no children) It has 6 housing units, gym, pool, bar, garden, BBQ, etc. Fully play tested. Use door locks & beds to assign people to houses. The only non-base game item is from a picnic table from the free holiday pack which can be replaced with no consequence.
