This house may be on a 30x20 lot, but it does NOT mess around. There's enough room to comfortably hold six people (4 children, two parents), and there's a ton of stuff to do in it (#spa goodies, #gettogether items, #gym, #pool, giant #tv, two #bars, a #coffee bar. Bathrooms can fit two at once. The original house is called "Modern Villa" and is NOT my OC. I simply downloaded it unfurnished and gave it a complete makeover. #nocc #playtested #modern
