This is a penthouse lounge-turned-restaurant, the Star Garden. I was inspired by the Sky Garden in London to make this upscale dining experience for Sims. This was built on what is originally Stargazer Lounge. You can change this to a lounge or bar as well. You can change out the bars in the same place for a slighty different look.
