This one has been #converted to a #modern #single living space by a #rich man of questionable taste. Your sims will definitely have a finer one. It doesn't even have a single book or desk, because whoever is able to afford this obviously doesn't need to work anymore. Or maybe you want to return it to the public as an art gallery?
