That's a recreation of a house I saw online. It's supposed to be modern, innovative and convinent in a lot of ways. It's perfect for a couple with kids. The room upstairs can be remade into a guest bedroom. Also I tried to stick only to base game, eco lifestyle and snowy escape packs. NO MODS are used. P.S.
