I recreated a Barcelona City Block. It includes roughly 50 (furnished) apartments, restaurants , rooftop bar, Hotel , Vet Clinic , Cinema and a Boutique. Also I added a little dog and kids park in the patio and a tiny flea market too. this build uses #nocc . I guess this lot can be played on with one or multiple families or you use it as a commercial space to make your sim have the best business in town:) I hope you enjoy this build.
