A #ccfree #basegame #renovation of the #oasissprings #gym, #burnersnbuilders. I only changed up the landscaping and adjusted the floorplan slightly. I also added a #pool and a #bar, and the lot could also be changed to those venue types if you want. If you have Spa Day installed you could replace the workout equipment, the bar, and/or the pool with Spa Day objects ;D Happy simming!
