This is based off of my favorite Sims 3 house (Its roof was blue and would fit perfectly next to the Frio brothers). The first floor is like a basement for a teen or young adult with older furniture, and with the garage turned into their band-space. Upstairs is for parents, who I imagined to be writers, painters or school teachers. I'm not the best builder but very happy with my final product. #teen #basement #band #firstbuilds #beginner #sims3
