Tippecanoe Place was based on the Studebaker mansion floorplans of South Bend, Indiana (USA). Some liberties with the placement of the bedrooms was taken, but I loved the garden gate and roof placements. Tippecanoe place comes with a drawing room with place for the arts, a living room with large TV, a backyard-facing study, an upstairs exercise room, an actual ballroom and a bar.
