Welcome to City Hall! Upon entrance, sims are greeted in front of the grand staircase. The first floor is home to the mayor's office, meeting room, and press conference hall, as well as a huge #library. On the second floor, the grand #ballroom has been converted into a #wedding venue, complete with ceremony and reception sites. There are also a few offices and bathrooms.
