Monty Ranch
This is a re-make/makeover of Monty Ranch from the Sims 2. This mediterranean style villa is home to Isabella, Patrizio, and their grandchildren of Veronaville. Characterized by a very open floor plan this villa consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, courtyard, chess room, balcony , and lots of outdoor space.
