This is a pretty great place for a small/medium sim family to live! There's plenty to do #outdoors, from #basketball and boxing, to swimming and grilling! Then there's a #small, but nice family room and kitchen, a nice master bedroom, and a couple of small bedrooms for the kids! All of the bedrooms have #balconies, too, so your sims can always enjoy a nice breeze and a lovely view, no matter where they are in the house! Enjoy! :D
