35k 8 sim starter (ranch)
I built this house using Lilsimsie's random build generator. The rules I used were a 30x20 lot 35k budget ranch style all packs 8 sims and an art studio. There's room for 5 kids a grandma and a toddler unfortunately the art studio is quite bare due to a lack of funds. #looklilsimsie #ranch #8sim #seasons #britechester #35k #starterhome
