Located in #BrindletonBay town center, this dingy and somewhat dirty little cottage still has a bit of charm (as long as your Sim isn't a snob, that is!) and for under #35k it's not half bad. There is an open living space downstairs as well as a full bathroom. Upstairs are two cramped bedrooms.
