Affordable 32 tiles Micro Home! The name says it already, its mainly in a nice pink color and a cute house for a single sim, lots of colorful clutter and decoration too. You can probably even fit 2 sims, but one might has to sleep on the couch. I have playtested it and didn't found any issues. To be safe, use bb.moveobjects.
