Previously shared after I changed the house to be a small family home, this how was originally built as a #BachelorPad for one of my sims. There are a few changes to the exterior, and I don't consider the house finished, but it has basic, sparce furnishings in all rooms while others are more finished. 2 bathrooms are powder rooms. Change the story, rework the 2nd floor and you can create the other house -- with 4 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms! :)
