Hello! Today I have another build for you! It is a small modern home fit for 1 or 2 sims (this house is kind of expensive for the size. I reccomend just replacing some of the appliances and furniture for cheaper ones) The kitchen, living, and dining are on the 1st floor. The bedroom and bathroom are on the 2nd floor.
