This is my redesigned penthouse. I'm not good at landscaping. Make sure MOO (move objects on- to do so, open cheats bar with ctrl+c and type bb.moveobjects). I designed it with two guys in mind, sort of a modern bachelor pad feel. I did leave some balconies and such empty or sparcely decorated to make it easier to personalize it yourself.
